The HSE Policy signed by our CEO and committed by top Management
throughout the implementation of the project to ensure a safe and healthful
workplace for all our employees, visitors, and subcontractors. With the mission of
focusing on employee occupational health and safety and commit to protect
the environment, MHANDISI officially announces our HSE Policy as follows:

To comply with all legal requirements and any other requirements that are
relevant to occupational health and safety as well as environmental aspects

To ensure occupational health and safety for employees and prevent occupational diseases that affect employee’s health in the working process

To protect the environment and ensure the safety of local communities

To promote awareness, participation, and consultancy of employees for HSE Issues

To provide an adequate resource to ensure operational performance along
with all requirements and to maintain and continually improve the HSE system
in accordance with the ISO Standards 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Quality ins important to our business because we value our customers. We aim to provide services for our clients that meet and even exceed their expectations. We are dedicated to continuous improvement and have setup a quality management system that offers a framework for our output to be evaluated and enhanced by regular gathering and monitoring from customer feedback training and development of our employees, periodic audits of our internal processes, measuring quality goals that reflect our business objectives, reviewing audit results, customer reviews and complaints by top management.

HSE Management System complies with DRC’S legislation while equally mirroring international HSE standards and refers to the quality management process to incorporate into the HSE management approach. Utilizing this process allows the project to maintain a continual improvement cycle. These improvements are expected to be realized by the reduction of onsite risks in a systemic manner.
